PTA is bringing back Travis STEM Night! Join us on Tuesday, November 19th, from 6:00-7:30pm for a delightful evening of science, technology, engineering, and math. Do you have a career or special interest in a STEM field? Please reach out to our STEM chair to volunteer at a booth!
Family members are invited to join their student during their designated lunch period on Wednesday, November 20th. Admission tickets will be sent home through classroom teachers for parents to distribute. Family members will wait in the foyer until their grade level lunch begins. This is a free event - guests may bring their own food or purchase an optional cafeteria meal separately through the front office for $5. PTA recommends advanced purchase if you plan to buy the cafeteria meal.

Each year, PTA raises money for our ancillary staff members for the holidays. This fund will be split amongst our amazing support staff. Please join us after school on Friday, December 13th on the basketball court. If you can donate even $1, PTA will give your student a jingle bell to tie on their shoe for laps around the Spark Park. Let’s show our Travis support staff how much we appreciate them!
Join us in the Spark Park for a cozy evening of community fun on Tuesday, December 17th. PTA will project Elf and provide concessions for Travis students and families. Bring a blanket and a lawn chair for this special, free event. Doors open at 5:30 and the movie starts at 6:00!

Travis Fall Carnival is PTA’s largest annual event and a Woodland Heights tradition. Join us on Saturday, October 26th, from 11am-3pm for a haunted house, dunk tank, games, prizes, and loads of fun! 5th grade parents and students will also be hosting the annual parade through our neighborhood. PTA sells wristbands and concession tickets to raise money that goes directly back into our classrooms as teacher supply reimbursements. We hope you will join us in raising money for our wonderful school!

The Travis Fun Run is the culmination of 2 weeks of fundraising for our school. During the school day on Friday, September 20th, students will run laps and participate in athletic events with their grade level for 35 minutes. Pledges can be made as a flat donation or per minute to Boosterthon. Classes compete to raise the most money in their grade levels and within the school. Parents can cheer from the fences of the Spark Park - schedule forthcoming. Travis Elementary and Travis PTA use the proceeds to pay for field trips, garden instruction, and other school-wide initiatives. We hope you will join us in raising money for our wonderful school!
